How we handle your data
No hedging, no marketing language — just what's true today and what's coming.
Your data never trains AI
PatternFast trains and fine-tunes no models. Customer sketches, patterns and fit data are never used to train or improve any AI model — ours or a third party's.
Dedicated environment
Every enterprise customer runs in a dedicated single-tenant AWS environment. An event in one customer's environment cannot propagate to another.
Your region, your residency
Choose the AWS region for your deployment. EU customers default to Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Backups stay in the same region.
Encryption and access control
Encryption in transit and at rest. Mandatory multi-factor authentication for every user. Role-based access with ~100 granular permissions and default deny.
No standing admin access
Administrative access to production is time-bounded, approved and session-recorded. There are no standing privileged accounts.
Full audit trail
Every access to customer data is written to an append-only audit log retained for 365 days. Design content and measurements are never written to application logs.
