This Privacy Policy explains how PatternFast, Inc. ("PatternFast", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal data when you visit patternfast.com or use the PatternFast application (the "Service").

1. WHO WE ARE

PatternFast, Inc. is a Delaware corporation located at 1900 South Norfolk Street, Suite 350, San Mateo, CA 94403, USA. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at privacy@patternfast.com.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

(a) Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only in hashed form). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.

(b) Profile and workspace data: your role, goals and team size from onboarding; workspace name, brand profiles, and the names, email addresses and roles of workspace members and invitees.

(c) Billing data: your plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor; we see only the card brand, last four digits and expiry date.

(d) Usage data: how you use the Service (features, actions, credits used), your IP address, browser and device, collected automatically, including through cookies.

(e) Support data: messages you send us.

(f) Your content: designs, images, patterns, prompts and other material you upload or create in the Service ("Your Content").

3. HOW WE USE IT

We use personal data to provide and secure the Service, process payments, give you support, send service messages, understand and improve how the Service is used, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with the law, and, if you opted in, send you product news. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the Service; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies.

4. YOUR CONTENT AND AI

Your Content belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. The AI providers we use to run AI features process your inputs only on our instructions and may not use them to train their models.

5. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share personal data only with: service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, AI processing, payments, analytics, email and support tools), under contracts that limit their use of the data; other members of your workspace, who can see your name, email and role; authorities, where the law requires it; and a buyer or successor if PatternFast is involved in a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal data.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in other countries. When we transfer personal data from the EEA or the UK, we use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep personal data while your account is active. After a subscription ends, your workspace stays available read-only for 90 days and is then deleted. We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You can update your account details in Settings. You can also ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing privacy@patternfast.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. COOKIES

We use cookies that are needed to sign you in and keep the Service secure, and analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting analytics cookies.

10. CHILDREN

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

11. CHANGES

We may update this policy. We will notify you by email or in the Service before material changes take effect.
